zepp.G1000

Ready to deploy.

The zepp.G1000 delivers 600 kW continuous and 1 MW peak power from a single 20 ft ISO container.

Powered by 4 of zepp’s X150 fuel cell systems, it combines proven PEM fuel cell technology with an integrated lithium-ion battery system for smooth, rapid load response and unmatched reliability.

Whether in off-grid or grid-congested areas, the G1000 provides dependable clean power for construction sites, events, shore power applications, or semi-permanent installations within the built environment.

Clean power everywhere.

Fully autonomous.
Black-start capable and operates without external power sources, ideal for remote or backup use.

High efficiency.
For high-demanding operations, fuel cost quickly becomes the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) dominant cost factor. PEM fuel cell technology minimises fuel consumption and operating costs.

Zero emissions.
Hydrogen in, water out. No emissions, ultra-low noise, and minimal vibration.

Powerful and flexible.
Delivers up to 1 MW peak power with customizable DC or AC interfaces, including CCS2 fastchargers and Powerlock.

European-built reliability.
Designed and manufactured in Europe, ensuring full compliance with regional safety and quality standards. Local production and supply chains enable short lead times and reliable service, while modular design allows for customisation to meet specific operational requirements.

Hydrogen supplied to your site

Hydrogen can be supplied to the system from any commercially available hydrogen storage system. Depending on the operational context, this could be a tube trailer, hydrogen bundles, or even a hydrogen carrier combined with a reformer.

Multiple gas suppliers are active throughout Europe, they will typically deliver hydrogen to your operations. Zepp.solutions can help you select a hydrogen supplier and storage system that suits your requirements.

Type Dimensions Hydrogen content Usable energy @300 kW Usable energy @600 kW
Cylinder bundle 0.75 x 0.99 x 1.95 m 14.4 kg 283 kWh 250 kWh
Hydrogen container (MEGC) ISO 20ft 484 kg ~ 9.5 MWh ~ 8.4 MWh
Tube trailer (ISO trailer) 13.6 x 2.55 x <4 m 400 - 900 kg ~ 7.9 - 17.7 MWh ~ 6.9 - 15.6 MWh
