The zepp.X150 fuel cell system offers a unique level of integration at industry-leading power density.

The system has been designed with a modular power system in mind. Multiple modules can be connected to the application’s electric DC power bus to supply higher power capacities up to (multi-)megawatt applications. Alternative packaging concepts for rooftop or machine room applications are available.

Turn-key fuel cell solution

The completely integrated supply-scope of the zepp.X150 fuel cell system makes it an ideal drop-in solution. All control and subsystems required to turn hydrogen into high voltage electrical power are integrated into the module. The integrated DCDC converter can directly be connected to the vehicle’s DC power bus, minimizing engineering efforts and costs in the integration process.

The X150 sets itself apart from the competition as the turnkey module with the highest power density.

Development and implementation of a scalable hydrogen fuel cell system for maritime applications.

Within the DreamH2aul project, zepp.solutions will develop a hydrogen fuel cell system with an extremely high power density. This system will be integrated into 2 semi-trucks that will carry enough hydrogen tanks for a range of at least 600 km. These trucks will refuel green hydrogen at a public filling station that will be realized within the project on the important North Sea-Baltic TEN-T Corridor.
