zepp.solutions is specialised in the development, production and integration of heavy-duty hydrogen fuel cell systems suitable for various applications. The high power demands and utilisation rates of heavy-duty trucks complicate electrification based on battery energy storage systems. Fuel cell systems can meet the energy and power demands of this application without any change in operation or workflow.

At zepp.solutions, we have plenty of experience in developing heavy-duty fuel cell systems. An example of one of our projects is the hydrogen-powered YT203-H2. This zero-emission yard tractor was developed in collaboration with our partner Terberg Benschop. Another heavy-duty project is DreamH2aul. In this project, zepp.solutions is responsible for the development, production and integration of two heavy-duty fuel cell systems into electric N3-trucks.

Our heavy-duty fuel cell systems are designed around PEM-stacks and can be considered plug-and-play modules. They are all-in-one packages, with integrated control systems, energy management systems, thermal control and a DCDC converter that can deliver directly to a battery of choice.
