Turn-key fuel cell solution

The completely integrated supply-scope of the zepp.Y50 fuel cell system makes it an ideal drop-in solution with minimum engineering effort and lower cost of integration.

Our fuel cell systems are are all-in-one packages containing fuel cell, energy management and thermal control systems. The integrated DCDC converter can deliver power directly to a battery of choice.

Best in class power density

A compact design (240L) with best in-class power density enables use in tighter applications or increased capacity for fuel or payload.

Custom form factors, hydrogen storage systems and energy control strategies are developed to fit your needs. The system is available in both a horizontal and vertical layout.

Smart, robust and safe

The advanced control system with real-time monitoring and data-driven optimization enables  an exceptional efficiency, operational robustness and a prolonged system lifetime. These in-house developed solutions minimize the total cost of ownership for the operator.

The module is built according to European standards and equipped with internal hydrogen leakage detection and ventilation.

Terberg Benschop B.V. and zepp.solutions B.V. joined forces for the development of a fuel cell yard tractor, the YT203-H2. The objective of this collaboration is the development, testing and demonstration of a hydrogen fuel cell yard tractor, optimized for the demanding operations of a conventional Terberg tractor.

Two Liebherr 916 Litronic wheeled excavators were outfitted with zepp.Y50 hydrogen fuel cell systems and hydrogen storage solutions.

TULIPS is a consortium with 29 airports, airlines, knowledge institutes and industrial partners aiming to develop innovations that facilitate the transition to low-carbon mobility and enhance sustainability at airports. One of the planned projects is the development of a HGPU (Hydrogen Ground Power Unit) by zepp.solutions.

In Rotterdam, passengers can board a water taxi running on hydrogen. It was the world’s first commercial boat of this scale to operate entirely on this zero-emission fuel. The hydrogen-water taxi was developed by the SWIM consortium.

Zepp.solutions developed the hydrogen fuel cell system and hydrogen storage system for a new training vessel for the STC Group. The 67 meter-long ship will be used for the practical training of students of maritime courses. The ‘Ab Initio’ entered service in September 2022.
